No deposit is required. You pay only when we deliver your vehicle. Payment is accepted in cash or by credit and debit card on the day of delivery.

Yes. Airport delivery is free of charge. We meet you in the arrivals area with your vehicle ready to go. Just let us know your flight number and arrival time when you book.

Absolutely. We deliver free of charge to any address on the island, including hotels, villas, Airbnb properties and private residences in all areas of Santorini.

The minimum rental period is one day (24 hours). We also offer multi-day and weekly rentals at discounted rates.

You will need a valid driving licence and a passport or national identity card. EU residents may use their national ID. Non-EU residents should bring their passport.

For scooters up to 125cc you need at least a Category B (car) licence. For motorcycles over 125cc you need a Category A licence. ATVs and buggies require a Category B licence. If you are unsure, contact us before booking.

The minimum age is 18 years for scooters and 21 years for motorcycles, ATVs and buggies. All renters must hold a valid driving licence for the category of vehicle they wish to rent.

Yes. We accept any valid national driving licence. If your licence is not in the Latin alphabet, an International Driving Permit (IDP) issued in your home country is also required.

Third-party liability insurance is included in every rental at no extra cost. This covers damage or injury caused to third parties. It does not cover damage to the rented vehicle itself.

Yes. We offer an optional Collision Damage Waiver that significantly reduces your financial liability in the event of accidental damage to the vehicle. Ask us about the CDW when you collect your vehicle or enquire at the time of booking.

Yes. Passengers are covered under our third-party liability insurance for personal injury during the rental period.

In the event of damage, the renter is liable up to the excess amount stated in the rental contract. If you have taken the optional CDW, your liability is reduced. Please contact us immediately if any damage occurs.

We accept cash (Euros) and all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment is taken at the time of delivery.

Yes. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.

All vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than it was delivered with, a refuelling charge will apply.

Yes. Helmets are included free of charge with every rental. We provide a helmet for the rider and an additional helmet for any passenger. Wearing a helmet is required by Greek law.

Do not move the vehicle unless it is creating a danger to other road users. Call the police (100) and then call us immediately on +30 698 362 9074. Do not admit liability to any third party. We will guide you through the next steps.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you anticipate a late return. A late return fee may apply for every hour beyond the agreed return time. We are flexible if you communicate with us in advance.
